We have decided to add one more missing family member to our list....we do not know alot about him except he was named Kenneth Pickard at birth.We are usure of his life situations as we do not know if he ever was lucky enough to be officially adopted and may still have this name, Kenneth.He may have been given into the foster care system, this is just an assumption however he may actually have a different name.Hopefully he does know his first name etc. If Kenneth Pickard or someone who knows of him and his adoption in Gardenia California, please contact us soon. We have a few things to share with you. You have an older half brother who lives in California, you have a sister who lives in Washington state, and you have a younger brother who lives also in Washington and we used to live in California until 2000. We have lots of family there in Cali just like you may havetoo:D
